The bartenders were incredibly slow and unhelpful and their manager seemed to be more concerned with his employee wearing a nose ring than having his employees get anyone a drink. It seems like no one in the entire place has an answer for anything and no one answers a phone for anything.
Aside from that the service was absolutely horrendous. David, the man who brought our bags to the room, was excellent as was the staff at the steakhouse.
